A Live event can be free with ads, sponsor-supported, included for a creator's subscribers, ticketed, or available by either a ticket or creator subscription. Eligible paid events can offer General Admission, VIP, subscriber pricing, free previews, presales, and replay access.

Yes when the event offers public ticket access. Subscriber-only events are limited to that creator's eligible subscribers, while some ticketed events offer subscribers a lower price or earlier access.

ReelNite is no longer opening new Standard or Premium sales. Existing paid memberships remain governed through their existing billing lifecycle and continue receiving the benefits applicable to their paid period while ReelNite completes the transition.

Manage creator subscriptions from your account. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves eligible creator benefits through the end of the current paid period, subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.

ReelNite can feature independent films, shorts, series, documentaries, comedy, creator programming, and eligible Live experiences. Availability depends on publication, rights, territory, and account eligibility.

The ReelNite web experience supports modern desktop and mobile browsers. Native mobile and living-room applications are released only after their respective build, device, and store acceptance requirements are complete.

Yes. Eligible film discussions support comments with reporting and moderation. Live events can also offer a separate moderated Live chat when the creator enables it.

Visit ReelNite Studio, create your Studio account, complete required setup, and submit eligible content for review. Studio also provides subscriptions, Live event tools, commerce, audience reporting, and payout setup.

The standard model for creator subscriptions and eligible Live events is a 70% creator and 30% ReelNite split of defined Net Receipts. Net Receipts deduct permitted direct costs such as taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing, recurring billing costs where applicable, and direct Live delivery costs for eligible events. ReelNite's general overhead is paid from ReelNite's share.

Recorded creator earnings move into ReelNite's payout process after the applicable accounting period and are paid once eligibility requirements are satisfied. Refunds, disputes, holds, and later adjustments remain part of the financial record.

Eligible creators can sell approved products through ReelNite Shop. Sellers manage listings and fulfillment while ReelNite records checkout, refunds, disputes, and the seller earnings defined for each order.

Free viewing can include controlled pre-roll and mid-roll advertising with pacing and frequency limits. ReelNite can also offer direct brand campaigns and sponsored Live experiences while monitoring viewer experience and ad yield.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, event status, terms shown at checkout, and applicable law. If a charge is incorrect or an eligible event is canceled, use ReelNite Support so the transaction can be reviewed against its payment record.
